The 2023 Trailblazer has an array of standard features that only get better as you climb the trim level lineup. Beginning the lineup is the LT trim, which offers satellite radio, single-zone climate control, heated/power side mirrors, cloth upholstery, active noise cancellation, a six-speaker sound system, 17-inch alloy wheels, and LED daytime running lights. The RS and Activ trims add even more standard equipment, including simulated leather upholstery, a heated/leather-wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate control, dual-zone climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a Bose premium sound system, an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, and a panoramic sunroof.

Engine Options for the 2023 Chevy Trailblazer

With two turbocharged engine options, the 2023 Chevy Trailblazer does not disappoint. A 1.2-liter turbocharged inline-three cylinder engine is standard equipment, putting out 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. Meanwhile, a 1.3L turbocharged I-3 is optional, laying down 155 horsepower and 174 lb-ft of torque. The Trailblazer comes standard with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that drives the front wheels. However, drivers who choose the larger of the two engine options can also choose all-wheel drive powered by a 9-speed automatic transmission. To give drivers control over the Trailblazer's performance, three selectable drive modes, Snow, Sport, and Normal, come with all models. Trailblazers equipped with all-wheel drive change snow mode to AWD mode to provide better traction across a variety of terrain.

Is the 2023 Chevy Trailblazer Safe?

All 2023 Chevy Trailblazers come standard with Chevy Safety Assist, keeping drivers and their passengers safe on their journeys. The standard forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking will alert drivers to an imminent frontal collision with audio and visual cues and will automatically apply the brakes if the driver doesn't react in time. Similarly, the lane departure warning with lane keep assist uses audio and visual alerts to warn drivers if they begin to stray from their lane of travel and will gently correct their steering if they don't correct it on their own. The Trailblazer also comes with IntelliBeam automatic high beam assist will automatically turn the headlights on when driving in the dark and turn them off when a car is coming from the other direction.
